Aeropress coffee recipe
Brew awesome coffee in an Aeropress.

Heat water to 93âËC.
(If your kettle doesnât have a temperature setting, let the water cool down for 30 seconds before brewing coffee.)
Grind 11 g of coffee (slightly fine grind, 16 on Baratza Encore).
(Itâs roughly 2.5 tablespoons of coffee beans or 5.5 tablespoons of ground coffee.)
Add all the water to the Aeropress. Wait 2 minutes.
Shake the thing. Wait 30 seconds.
Slowly press the plunger.
