Aeropress coffee recipe

Brew awesome coffee in an Aeropress.

200 g

water

  1. Heat water to 93 ˚C.

    (If your kettle doesn’t have a temperature setting, let the water cool down for 30 seconds before brewing coffee.)

  2. Grind 11 g of coffee (slightly fine grind, 16 on Baratza Encore).

    (It’s roughly 2.5 tablespoons of coffee beans or 5.5 tablespoons of ground coffee.)

  3. Add all the water to the Aeropress. Wait 2 minutes.

  4. Shake the thing. Wait 30 seconds.

  5. Slowly press the plunger.

  6. Enjoy your coffee! ☕️
