Pour-over (V60, Chemex, Kalita, etc.) coffee recipe
Brew awesome coffee in a V60, Chemex, Kalita, or any other pour over brewer.

Heat water to 93âËC.
(If your kettle doesnât have a temperature setting, let the water cool down for 30 seconds before brewing coffee.)
Grind 12 g of coffee (medium-coarse grind, 18 on Baratza Encore).
(Itâs roughly 2.5 tablespoons of coffee beans or 6 tablespoons of ground coffee.)
Rinse the filter, and discard the dirty water.
Pour 50 g of water.
Shake the thing. Wait 40 seconds.
Pour 50 g of water. Wait 10 seconds.
Pour 50 g of water. Wait 10 seconds.
Pour 50 g of water.
Shake the thing.
