Turkish (cezve) coffee recipe

Brew awesome coffee in a cezve.
10 g

100 g

water

  1. Heat water to 93 ˚C.

    (If your kettle doesn’t have a temperature setting, let the water cool down for 30 seconds before brewing coffee.)

  2. Grind 10 g of coffee (very fine grind).

    (It’s roughly 2 tablespoons of coffee beans or 5 tablespoons of ground coffee.)

  3. Add all the water to a cezve.

  4. Heat on medium-low heat until starts to rise, then immediately remove from the heat.

  5. Carefully pour into cup, and let it sit for a bit.

  6. Enjoy your coffee! ☕️
