Turkish (cezve) coffee recipe
Brew awesome coffee in a cezve.
10 g
coffee
100 g
water
Heat water to 93 ˚C.
(If your kettle doesn’t have a temperature setting, let the water cool down for 30 seconds before brewing coffee.)
Grind 10 g of coffee (very fine grind).
(It’s roughly 2 tablespoons of coffee beans or 5 tablespoons of ground coffee.)
Add all the water to a cezve.
Heat on medium-low heat until starts to rise, then immediately remove from the heat.
Carefully pour into cup, and let it sit for a bit.
