Tzatziki

Ingredients
Yields 200 ml
- 1 cucumber
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lime juice
- 3 sprigs dill
- 150 g yogurt
Directions
- Trim sides of the cucumber, remove the seeds, and grate it on a medium side of a grater into a medium bowl. Grate the short side of the cucumber, so the pieces aren’t too long.
- Peel the garlic and press it into the bowl with the cucumber.
- Juice the lime into the bowl.
- Remove stems of the dill and finely chop the fronds. Add chopped fronds into the bowl.
- Add yogurt into the bowl, and mix everything.
Notes
If you don’t have cucumbers, replace them with green paprika.
