Youā€˜llĀ probably get all messy, soĀ donā€˜tĀ forget toĀ take aĀ spoon orĀ aĀ fork, but itā€™sĀ well worth it. TheĀ taste isĀ amazing, andĀ not too sweet. Keep anĀ eye onĀ itā€Æā€”ā€Æitā€™sĀ soĀ much better than theĀ bag ofĀ chips orĀ aĀ store-bought chocolate bar your neighbors may have, soĀ they may try toĀ steal theĀ bars fromĀ you.

Ingredients

Yields 12 portions

You will need

  1. bakingĀ form
  2. bakingĀ paper

Directions

  1. Cook theĀ chocolate ganache, but add more chocolate andĀ less cream toĀ make itĀ harder.
  2. Line aĀ baking form with bakingĀ paper.
  3. Cut theĀ dried pineapples into 1/2Ā cmĀ pieces.
  4. Pour 3/4Ā ofĀ theĀ chocolate ganache into theĀ bakingĀ form.
  5. Sprinkle theĀ granola over theĀ chocolateĀ ganache.
  6. Sprinkle theĀ dried pineapples over theĀ granola.
  7. Sprinkle theĀ rest ofĀ theĀ chocolate ganache over theĀ granola andĀ driedĀ fruits.
  8. Refrigerate forĀ atĀ least 30Ā minutes.
  9. Remove from theĀ baking form, andĀ cut into equalĀ pieces.
